The Committee noted the statutory instruments and was content. In relation to CLA479, the Legal Adviser agreed to provide a note to Committee.

3.1 CLA477 - The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2014
The Committee noted the statutory instrument and will report to the Assembly.
3.2 CLA485 - The Non-Domestic Rating (Multiplier) (Wales) (No.2) Order 2014
The Committee noted the statutory instrument and will report to the Assembly. The Committee agreed to write to the Government to look at ways in which future instruments are dealt with.
4 Subsidiarity Monitoring Report May to December 2014
The Committee noted the report and was content.
5 Papers to note
The Committee noted the papers. In relation to the letter from the Minister on the Planning (Wales) Bill, Members welcomed the detailed information outlining the relationship between the Planning (Wales) Bill, the Well-being of future Generations (Wales) Bill, and the Environment (Wales) Bill.
6 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
The Committee agreed to conduct the remainder of the meeting in private.
